RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY
There is absolutely NO RETURNS policy policy we follow at ROYALGLITZ but only REPLACEMENTS requests will be entertained if made within 24 hours of the delivery of goods that too only in the case of genuine cases and manufacturing defects. Post 24 hrs no such request will be entertained. This will be sole discretion of the company and ROYALGLITZ reserves the right to consider a request a genuine case and accept the replacement request or to deny it. Please note the replacement request within 24 hrs can only be made when the buyer is not satisfied with the product quality which contradicts with what is mentioned in the description of the product, or there are some quality issues or manufacturing defects. No change in size or colour will be entertained or accepted in any circumstances. In case of goods are not available for replacement, a credit note will be issued in the form of gift coupons/promo-codes/gift vouchers which can be used against the next order. In case of missing products, customer has to inform us within 24 hours from the date of delivery. For missing items, ROYALGLITZ will send replacement with the next order. Replacement request can only be made only once against a particular order. Replacement requests made for unnecessary reasons will affect internal ratings of a buyer. Delivery of the goods, ordered by a buyer will depend on the sole discretion of ROYALGLITZ based on the risk assessment or the past transaction history of the buyer. Buyer ratings and future supply to the buyer remains unaffected in case of returns arising because of the following reasons: Manufacturing defects or damaged goods & goods received are different from the product description on the website Customer will have to send his replacement request on royalglitzjewels@gmail.com to register their replacement requests. Our customer representative will ask the customer to send a digital photograph of the goods to register their complaint. Our team will provide the customer with all the necessary help required with the replacement process. Under all cases, reverse shipments costs are borne by the customer. No replacements/refunds requests for dropped/denied shipments will be entertained. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our accounts and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. In the event of non-delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer i.e. wrong name, wrong pin-code or wrong shipping address no replacement or refund will be provided. DISCLAIMER Any decision on replacement/return/refund of the product(s) sold by us is at the sole discretion of our management and the decision of ROYALGLITZ shall be final and binding. We reserve the right to withdraw any return/replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.
